Driftwall is an independent, one-person shop selling digital wallpaper packs. You can reach the owner directly at driftwalldesign@gmail.com.
What you're buying
All products sold are digital downloads (wallpaper image files) delivered instantly after purchase. No physical items are shipped. Checkout and file delivery are handled by Payhip, a third-party payment and digital delivery platform.
Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds are handled case by case rather than automatically. If a file is broken, missing, or genuinely not as described, contact driftwalldesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and it will be made right. Refunds are not offered simply for change of mind once files have been downloaded, in line with standard practice for digital goods.
Response times
Support, refund requests, and custom wallpaper requests are handled personally, typically within 48 hours.
What data is collected
- Email address — if you sign up for updates, your email is collected via a form processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and used only to send occasional new-pack announcements. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Purchase information — handled entirely by Payhip; Driftwall does not directly store your payment details.
- Local browser storage — this site uses your browser's local storage to remember that you've seen or closed the email signup popup, so it doesn't reappear on every visit. No personal data is stored this way, and nothing is shared externally as a result.
Unsubscribing
Every email sent includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email driftwalldesign@gmail.com directly to be removed at any time.
